Brand New 10 Inch PD is Special Trifold Sleeve with Holder Tabs for Display - This is brand New but arrived from our importer with the Tabs gouged at the die cut spot from movenent of the disc in shipping. Its just a little 3/16th inch tear at the end of the tabs. I have put the disc in a Seperate Sleeve ( which it should be anyway ) so that no further damage will result - This is the Serial Numbered Issue - Number is 2338
