Apparently the first or very second release of SLP 37 on heavy vinyl w/ deep groove. Unfortunately, some stocking in damp conditions causes some light but continuous noise/echo on side A that has an unremovable opaque film. 3" split on upper seam. 1" horizontal rip along mouth on back cover, light dirt wear.
